Tuition Policy

Kin in the Forest, Summer Camp Tuition:
Tuition is due in full. To secure your child’s(rens) spot(s), tuition is due in full within 24 hours of submitting your registration form. If we have not yet received your tuition payment within 24 hours, a $5.00 billing fee will be added to your invoice. If you have a question or problem with your tuition, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem promptly. Please be sure that we have your current e-mail address. 

Forest Preschool Tuition:
Tuition is broken into four equal monthly payments. To secure your child’s(rens) spot(s), the first payment (25%)—is due within 24 hours of submitting your registration form. The remaining three payments are due monthly, on the first day of each month. E-mail reminders will be sent 1 week before payment is due. Invoices will only be sent to those with outstanding accounts. If we have not yet received your tuition payment within 48 hours of the first of each month, a $5.00 billing fee will be added to your invoice. If you have a question or problem with your tuition, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem promptly. Please be sure that we have your current e-mail address. 


Payment Options

Our preferred method of payment is through Venmo @sensorygardenandplay (last four digits #5638) or you can scan the Venmo QR code provided from a desktop computer, using your smartphone.

Our secondary method of payment is through PayPal (sensorygardenandplay@gmail.com). If you elect to pay through PayPal, make sure to choose, “sending money to friends and family” and NOT “paying for goods or services” otherwise, the fees will be passed back to you.


Withdraw Policy

If, for any reason, you wish to withdraw your child(ren) from a program, it is your responsibility to either submit a completed withdraw card or notify us by letter or e-mail. Verbal withdraws to your child’s(rens) teacher or to another parent will not be accepted. If you do wish to withdraw, please give us the courtesy of informing us at least seven days before the end of the month so we can call the next child on the waiting list. All students will be considered enrolled and responsible for tuition until we are notified in the above manner. Those who haven’t informed us in writing, of their intent to withdraw, will be held responsible for the next month’s tuition.


Class Make-up Policy

Enrolled students are eligible to make up any missed classes (other than those that fall on an assigned holiday). Make-up classes may not be transferred from one student to another. There will be no refunds for missed classes and no partial payments will be accepted. Arrangements for a make-up class must be made by contacting us directly. Make-up classes should be scheduled within two weeks of the missed class and may not be substituted for regularly assigned classes. Make up classes are not available to withdrawn students.
